Political games

CBI's appeal in Babri Masjid Demolition Case
CBI filed an appeal challenging high court order dropping of conspiracy charges against L K Advani and 20 others in the Babri Masjid demolition case. This appeal is after 9 months of high court order! When I heard this news, first thing that came to my mind is that it is a political game by Congress to divert the people's attention from the burning corruption charges all over the place. Otherwise the CBI should be able to convince the public why it took nine months to file an appeal while the law stipulates that appeal should be filed in 90 days!

Advani's apology to Sonia
Can it be another political game? L K Advani apologised to Sonia for implicating Sonia on black money trashed in Swiss banks in the report of task force constituted by BJP. If Sonia was wrongly named in the report, then the credibility of the report is in question. Or is it because all are in the same boat and L K Advani do not want an embarrassment for him later!

Against Corruption

I pledge my support for any mass movement without any political affiliation or motive against widespread corruption in India . The corruption has reached everywhere - politics, bureaucracy, judiciary, media and business! We need to expose them! It is true that accused should be treated as innocent till proved guilty. But the current slow moving investigation and judgements keep them always innocents. The system should improve to expedite the investigation and judgement on corruption charges.

The people should take to the street! Mass campaigns should emerge! The politicians and officials should realise that they can't live peacefully and with dignity if they resort to corruption!

Friends, if you love India, if you want to see a better India, pledge against corruption! Be part of the movement! Don't expect any political parties to do this. We people only can change the system!
